Über dieses Buch

The paper examines two mythical narratives from the ancient Near East and traces developments with regard to religious metaphors between their Sumerian and Akkadian versions. Based on these observations, as a modification of the CRC 1475 annotation scheme, a three-level scheme is proposed in which an immanent and a transcendent religious target domain are juxtaposed with the non-religious source domain.
